We offer quality and local products
Our cuisine corresponds to our values. We attach great importance to "home cooked" and "short circuits". We supply ourselves for the burger bread at the Longages Le Fournil bakery, for organic salads at a Longages market gardener Corinne DELHOM, beef comes from Occitania, duck from the South West, Foie gras from Samatan (32), Noilhan's snails (32), onion confit and barbecue sauce are made in Ariège with natural products.
